Actors' Festival
Held in mid-May (16. - 25.05. 2009.), this event is dispersed around the entire county, with performances taking place in Ilok, Vukovar, Vinkovci and Županja. The festival offers a selection of theatre productions premiered the previous year, giving awards to the 20 best theatre productions. The awards for the best actor and actress bear the name of Fabijan Šovagović, the great Croatian actor, and the awards for the best young actors are named after the actor Ivo Fici. The focus of the festival is the actors themselves.
